Being a qualified Surface Technician is a very responsible thing. Not only is his or her health and safety at risk in our day-to-day activities, but the health and safety of others at the apartment property or home are at risk too.

Our decades of experience in this field has produced the safest ways to proceed in these areas. For this reason A BETTER SURFACE has produced a 23 page Guide to Company Policy For Field Personnel that employees of our organization review and are required to be familiar with. Included in this information is a section entitled Safety and Health Regulations. We have specific ways we perform our work which reduces the associated risks of resurfacing.

We know our trade and are very conscientious about our work performance. The lead person at a job site can answer any safety concerns you may have. Professional notices are also used to make sure all persons are aware of the work being conducted on that day even if we have left the property.

Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are to be found on this page in PDF form. They include every chemical we use and how these materials are to be safely handled. These documents spell out Fire and Explosion Hazard Data, Health Hazard Data, Safe Handling and Use Information, Special Precautions and other information.
